Collector Production
In the Solimpeks plants, different designed extruded and electro-static painted aluminum frames of Marvel and Wunder series are assembled according to required dimensions. Embossed aluminum back sheet is then attached on the frames. According to preference, rockwools of different spesifications or glasswool is used for insulation. Solimpeks uses custom made prismatic glasses for glazing that have minimal UV reflection rate. After cleaning and labeling is complete, finished collectors are packaged and stored.

Tests
A very intense hydro-static test procedure is applied to every absorber manufactured in Solimpeks. Although maximum operation pressure is around 10 bars, the test procedure involves a very long and 25-bar leak check. In addition, all materials, sub assemblies and products are constantly controlled to assure quality.

Solimpeks in 2008, have implemented the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 certification and provided the required structure for the continuity of development. 

Absorber Production
They are manufactured by bonding titanium coated selective or black painted copper sheets on copper tubes. This bonding operation is undertaken in the Solimpeks plants, by ultrasonic welding method, thus without using an additional material that could potentially cause losses in heat conductivity. Fin, half plate and full plate type absorbers are offered to customers. On the inlet and outlet points of the manifold tubes, there are also connection pieces for convenience during installations. All absorbers are subjected to a very intense leak-proof test procedure
